Translate a video into another language

Subtitles, or narration and subtitles, in another language than the one spoken. What it costs and what is free.

Video coming soon

Free: write the script in the language spoken in the recording. Subtitles are made from it at no extra cost, in every language.

Video translation (paid add-on) shows a video in another language:

  • Recordings: the subtitles change to the new language and keep their timing. The speech stays as it is.
  • AI narration: choose Voice and subtitles and the script is translated and read by a voice of the new language, or Subtitles only.

Open the video and press Translate this video, pick the language, and pay. The video renders again by itself when the translation is ready. You can correct the translated lines in the subtitle editor and render again at no extra cost, or go back to the original language.

Your own translation: paste it as the script before you translate. We fit your own words to the timing of what is said instead of translating by machine.

If the script is in another language than the video, the New video page asks which it is: the recording (or narration) is in the script's language (free), or translate (paid), or rewrite the script.

Price: per video, by length, with a low minimum; you see the price before you pay. During the trial you pay per video on a secure payment page. Paid plans can add the translation pack on Plan & billing: every translation is included, charged with your subscription. A paid translation that fails runs again for free.

Machine translation is good but not perfect, especially for names, quotes and Yiddish. Read the lines before you publish.
