Lend your voice: the KolReel voice recorders
Some languages have no natural AI voice yet, Hasidic Yiddish and Amharic among them. Native speakers record short sentences at home, we check every take, and the approved recordings become voices that everyone on KolReel can use.
How it works
- Apply below with a short sample: 30 to 90 seconds of you reading or talking naturally.
- We listen and answer by email, usually within a week.
- Once approved, open the voice studio in your account and read one sentence at a time, in your browser, whenever it suits you.
- We check every take. Approved takes count toward your thank-you.
Our thank-you
- Every 20 minutes of approved recordings gives you one free month of KolReel (Creator plan, or a month added to your current plan), up to 24 months.
- From 60 approved minutes: 25% off every renewal, for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Only approved recording time counts; takes we ask you to record again do not.
Good to know before you apply
- A voice needs many hours of clean recordings, often from several people. We cannot promise when a voice in your language will be ready.
- Your recordings are used to build and offer AI voices on KolReel. The voices get their own names, not yours, and are never presented as you.
- You need a quiet room and a decent microphone (a headset or a phone held at the same distance is fine). Noise, music and echo make takes unusable.
- You can stop at any time. Free months and the discount you already earned stay yours.
