Extra minutes and automatic top-up

Open Plan and billing and find Extra minutes this month.

• Add minutes: choose how many packs and press the button. The charge goes to the card on file, the minutes are added right away and are valid until the end of the calendar month. You get a receipt and an invoice like any payment.
• Top up automatically: switch it on and set when fewer than (minutes left), how many packs to add, and at most how many times a month. When a render would not fit, KolReel tops up first so the video is not held back.

You get an email each time minutes are added. If a charge fails, automatic top-up switches itself off and you get an email. The sidebar shows the month's total including extra minutes.
