Plans, minutes and storage

What the trial includes, how minutes are counted, and how to change or cancel a plan.

Every new account starts with a free trial — all features, a monthly minute allowance and storage, no credit card.

Minutes are the length of the videos you render each calendar month (a 5-minute recording uses 5 minutes; re-rendering the same video counts again). They reset on the 1st.

Storage is the total size of your recordings and rendered videos, including the recycle bin. Delete old videos (and empty the recycle bin) to free space.

Upgrading: Plan & billing → pick a plan, monthly or annual (annual is discounted). Payment is by card through PayMe; the receipt is emailed automatically and listed under Payment history.

Cancelling: Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can resume any time.
