Schedule posts and use the content calendar

Schedule from a video. On a finished video, open any channel window (YouTube, Instagram / Facebook, TikTok, Buzzsprout) and under When choose Schedule, then a day and time. For Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and your own server press the clock button next to the button. KolReel holds the post and sends it at that time, in your own time zone, even when you are offline. The video page lists what is scheduled for it, with a Cancel button.

The calendar. Open Calendar in the menu. Switch between Month, Week, Day and List, move with the arrows or Today, and filter by channel. Each channel has its own colour; sent posts are faded with a check mark, posts that could not be sent are red.

• Move: drag a post to another day (it keeps its time) or, in Week and Day, to another hour. Or click it and change the time.
• Post now sends it immediately. Cancel post removes it.
• Schedule a video: press the button, or click an empty day or hour, pick the time and a finished video. Its page opens with the time filled in; choose the channels and press Schedule.

Keyboard: M, W, D and L switch views, T jumps to today, the arrow keys move back and forward.

If a post cannot be sent at its time (for example a connection expired), you get an email and it shows in red in the calendar, ready to post again. Scheduling and the calendar are part of the Studio plan.
