Content, copyright and spam policy

آخر تحديث: 2026-10-09

KolReel renders and publishes the material you give it. You are responsible for that material, so please read this before you upload.

1. Use only what you are allowed to use

Upload recordings, images, video clips, music and fonts only if you made them yourself, they are licensed for this use, or the owner gave you permission. "Found it on Google", "I bought the song" or "I gave credit" is not permission. The free KolReel library, Pixabay results and the tracks in the music search come with licences that allow use in videos; some Creative Commons tracks ask you to credit the artist, and the music search shows when they do.

2. YouTube and other platforms check too

YouTube (Content ID), Facebook, Instagram and TikTok compare uploads against rights holders' files. They may mute the sound, block the video in some countries, put ads on it for the rights holder, or issue a copyright strike, according to their own policies. KolReel does not control these systems, cannot remove their claims, and is not responsible for what a platform decides about your video. YouTube Studio shows copyright checks while a video uploads; you can also upload as Private first and wait for the check to finish.

3. If we receive a copyright notice

When a rights holder tells us that a video or file on KolReel infringes their rights, we may, without waiting for you: disable the share page and embeds of that video, remove the file, and lock the account for review while we look into it. We tell you by email what was reported and how to answer. If you believe the report is wrong, reply with your explanation and proof of your rights; we may restore the material if the claim is withdrawn or clearly unfounded. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed.

4. Spam and abuse

Do not use KolReel to send messages people did not ask for, to mislead (fake news, impersonation), or to share content that is illegal, hateful or sexual. If we receive spam or abuse reports about links you shared, we may disable those links, limit publishing, or lock the account for review. Repeated or serious abuse leads to closing the account without refund.

5. Checking before you publish

  • Prefer material you made yourself, or the library and music search in KolReel.
  • For an image you did not make, a reverse image search (Google Lens or TinEye) often shows where it came from and who owns it.
  • For music, keep the licence or receipt that says the track may be used in videos, and add the credit the licence asks for.
  • When in doubt, leave it out.

6. Report a problem

To report content on KolReel that you believe infringes your rights or is abusive, email info@kolreel.com with the link, what it infringes, and your contact details.
